You are doing about 7 hours a week of work that software could do for you.

In 45 minutes we tell you exactly which tools fix it, what they cost per month in rands, and what to start with on Monday. R14,500. If we cannot find you at least 5 hours a week, you do not pay.

No obligation. If this is not right for you, we will tell you.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Everything still comes through you.
  • You answer the same few emails every single day.
  • Month-end eats a week you do not have.
  • Quotes and proposals sit half finished, because you are the only one who can write them.
  • You know AI could probably help. You just do not know where to start, and you have no time to find out.
  • You tried a system once. Nobody used it. You are not keen to repeat that.

You are not disorganised. You are doing work that software has been able to do for two years, and nobody has ever sat down and shown you which software.

What that is costing you

R240,000 a year

Seven hours a week is the average we find. Not a target. An average.

If an hour of your time is worth R680, seven hours a week is about R20,000 a month walking out the door. That is R240,000 a year, for work that tools costing around R900 a month could be doing instead.

You are already paying this. You have been paying it for years. The only question is how many more months you pay it.

What you actually get

Four things. No fluff.

A 45-minute conversation

We ask about your week. You talk, we listen, we do not pitch anything. There is nothing to prepare.

A report in plain English

Three to seven tools. Each one matched to a problem you told us about. What it costs per month in rands, how long it takes to set up, and how many hours a week it gives you back.

A four-day start plan

One small job per day, about ten minutes each. By Thursday you have most of the benefit.

A 30-minute call to walk you through it

We go through the report together, you ask whatever you want, and you leave knowing exactly what to do first.

What you do not get: a strategy deck, a maturity framework, a sixty-page document, or a sales pitch dressed up as a report. If the answer to one of your problems is "hire someone" or "fix the process first, do not automate it", that is what the report will say.

The whole thing takes you 75 minutes

1

A 20-minute call

We check that you are a fit. If you are not, we will say so.

2

The 45-minute session

We map where your time goes. Nothing to prepare.

3

We do the work

Three to five working days. You do nothing.

4

The 30-minute review

We walk through the report together. You start on Monday.

We are new at this, and we would rather say so

Veratex Works has been doing AI and automation work for South African businesses for years. This assessment is a newer, smaller offer, and we are still building up its case studies.

So we are not going to fill this page with logos we have not earned or reviews we do not have. That is exactly why the guarantee exists, and why there are no conditions on it. You are not taking a risk on us. We are taking the risk on you.

This probably is not for you if...

  • You have fewer than two staff and nothing that repeats yet. There is not enough happening to find seven hours in.
  • You want custom software built. This is about tools that already exist.
  • You already know which tools you want and just need them installed. Skip this and book the implementation instead.
  • You want a fifty-page strategy document to take to a board. We do that, but it is not this.

R14,500. And if it does not work, you do not pay.

That is R14,500 excluding VAT. Once. No retainer, no monthly fee, nothing that renews.

The guarantee: if we cannot find at least five hours a week that we can give you back, you pay nothing. Not a part refund. Not a credit. Nothing.

We can offer that because we have never not found them. Most owners we sit down with are carrying seven.

And afterwards? About half the people we do this for ask us to set some of it up for them. That is separate work, quoted separately, and we take the full R14,500 off it if you go ahead. Plenty of people take the report and run with it themselves. Both are fine.

The questions we usually get

"I do not have time for this."

Seventy-five minutes in total, split over two calls, and nothing to prepare for either one. If we are right about the seven hours, you make that time back in the first week.

"Can I not just ask ChatGPT which tools to use?"

You can, and you will get a list of forty tools with no idea which three fit a business like yours, what they cost in rands, whether they work properly from South Africa, or which one to start with on Monday. The list is not the hard part. Choosing is.

"My team will not use it."

That is usually right, and it is why we only recommend tools that take under an hour to set up and change one thing at a time. Everything on our list is something one person can start using on their own, without anybody being retrained. If a fix needs real change management, we tell you that instead of pretending a tool will do it.

"Is our client data safe in these things?"

Fair question, and most people never ask it. Every recommendation comes with a note on where your data actually goes and what you should check before you put client information into it. We work to a POPIA-aligned data agreement and we send it to you before we start.

"What if the tools cost a fortune?"

The sets of tools we recommend come to about R900 a month in total. If something costs more than it saves, it does not go in the report.

Who you are dealing with

I am Dennis Kriel, and I run Veratex Works.

I have spent the last few years putting AI and automation into small South African businesses, and the same thing keeps happening. The owner did not need a big system built. They needed somebody to tell them which three tools to use, and which forty to ignore. That is why this assessment exists.

When you book the call, you are talking to me. Not a salesperson.

You already know roughly where your week goes

Twenty minutes on a call and you will know whether there is enough here to be worth your time. If there is not, we will tell you.

R14,500 for the full assessment. At least 5 hours a week back, or you do not pay.
